DISCOVER OUR ARMAGNACS ASSEMBLIES
Armagnac is the oldest eau-de-vie of France. It is produced in the South West of France, in the heart of Gascony. Obtained by the distillation of white wine in an Armagnac still, and set many years aging in oak barrels before being sold, it is proposed assembled (several eaux-de-vie from several harvests) or specificity of Armagnac, in vintages (a single harvest year).
There are several types of assemblies, knowing that the age given is always the minimum aging in oak barrels that must have the youngest eau-de-vie used in the assembly. Our home made assemblies are done with an average age above the legal minimum.
